CONTRATTO D’ALBERGO
Per l’accettazione della prenotazione si richiede il versamento di una caparra confirmatoria
La caparra confirmatoria, ossia una somma versata a fini di garanzia, dove il cliente versa all’albergatore
una cifra liberamente stabilita dalla struttura, al fine di confermare la prenotazione.
Nell’eventualità in cui il cliente dovesse cancellare per qualsiasi ragione, imputabile o no al cliente, andrà a
perdere la caparra. La caparra confirmatoria ha infatti una triplice funzione di prevenzione del danno, di
autotutela e di garanzia dell’obbligazione a favore dell’albergo.
Queste condizioni si intendono accettate alla realizzazione del pagamento da effettuarsi a

HOTELVERTRAG
Für die Annahme der Reservierung ist eine Anzahlung erforderlich
Die Anzahlung, dh ein zu Garantiezwecken gezahlter Betrag, bei dem der Kunde dem Hotelier einen vom
Hotel frei festgelegten Betrag zahlt, um die Reservierung zu bestätigen.
Für den Fall, dass der Kunde aus irgendeinem Grund storniert, unabhängig davon, ob er vom Kunden zu
vertreten ist oder nicht, verliert er die Anzahlung. Die Bestätigungskaution hat nämlich eine
Dreifachfunktion der Schadensverhütung, Selbstabsicherung und Gewährleistung der Verbindlichkeit
zugunsten des Hotels.
Mit der zu leistenden Zahlung gelten diese Bedingungen als akzeptiert a

For the acceptance of the reservation, a deposit is required
The deposit, ie a sum paid for guarantee purposes, where the customer pays the hotelier an amount freely
established by the hotel, in order to confirm the reservation.
In the event that the customer should cancel for any reason, whether or not attributable to the customer,
he will lose the deposit. The confirmatory deposit has in fact a triple function of damage prevention, self
protection and guarantee of the obligation in favor of the hotel.
These conditions are understood to be accepted upon making the payment to be made a
